What does it take to attract 51 groups through your first open home, and sell the property in just 5 days for $50,000 over the asking price?
David Hamilton, Principal at First National Palm Beach believes an excellent agent with a good marketing plan is the key.
“We are seeing more and more real estate companies offering cut-price commissions, pushing off-market sales or offering little or no marketing, which sadly is just false economy.
