Dot Hamilton our Property Management director is a nationally recognised trainer; she speaks at Industry Conferences in Australia and New Zealand by invitation and mentors several offices around the country in developing procedures and managing change within the office.
Dot is a licensed Real Estate Agent who has been a Property Manager in the Palm Beach area since 1989.
She offers our owners an exceptional depth of knowledge and experience in our local rental market.
In 1999 she was REIQ Gold Coast Property Manager of the Year and with her guidance Palm Beach First National has won several First National Gold Coast and State Team Awards.
Dot is Chair of the Gold Coast First National Property Management chapter and was a foundation member of First National’s- National Property Management Committee.
