Landlord Vacate - 5 Top Tips!

Tip 1 - Have the condition report ready with photos to compare entry to exit report.

Tip 2 - Keep in mind fair wear and tear  vs  damage.

Tip 3 - Don’t confuse on going maintenance with tenant damage.

Tip 4 - Clean is clean, dirty is dirty,  if it can be cleaned, it will be cleaned.

Tip 5 - Allow the tenants a fair time to return to rectify.
