Maintenance (Tenants) - 5 Top Tips!

Tip 1. Report maintenance in the correct fashion as soon as you discover it.

Tip 2. Return the tradesmen's call for access and allow the tradesmen entry to rectify as soon as possible.

Tip 3. Keep the document with emergency numbers (lease) in an easily accessible place or put number in your phone.

Tip 4. Be mindful of fair wear & tear v damage, make yourself aware of the difference.

Tip 5. If the property manager does not know about it she can’t fix it, silence is not golden.
