It seems people have finally realised how great Tallebudgera is.
This is the best I have seen the real estate market in Tallebudgera in the 15 years I have been involved in selling property in the suburb.
I can speak with confidence about the Tallebudgera market as First National Burleigh is currently listed on ratemyagent.com.au as the number one agency for total sales and highest market share in the suburb in the last 12 months, which is great to see.
We have several sales people who live in the suburb and my children have and do currently attend Tallebudgera State School. I guess you could say we have a close affiliation and love of this suburb and feel very fortunate to be able to sell properties in such a beautiful area.
As it stands today there is very limited property for sale in Tallebudgera and Tallebudgera Valley, so it would seem our little secret is no longer a little secret. The appeal of Tallebudgera has been well known to locals for a long time and it was only a matter time before everyone else uncovered the gem that is Tallebudgera and Tallebudgera Valley.
There are the obvious geographical attributes that make it great but I think the real appeal now is how the area has grown to become a real village and community. This was highlighted in the recent weather events this year where we saw so many locals putting their hand up to help each other and make sure everyone in the area was safe and had the essentials to get through. Locals pulled together as one and rescued animals, fixed roads and provided food/water and generators where they could. People speak a lot of Australian mateship and I think you would hard pressed to find a better example of this in Tallebudgera and Tallebudgera Valley.
So, who wouldn’t want to live here? Beautiful acreage properties minutes to the best beaches in Australia, great schools in the suburb, number of golf courses and this great community spirit that just continues to grow.
It is easy to take for granted where we live and sometimes an event like ex tropical Debbie makes you step back and really appreciate how fortunate we are.
The good news for property owners in these two suburbs is the property prices are the highest they have ever been, buyer demand for properties in this are the highest they have ever been. I believe a lot of this is to do with what the locals have made it, a real community and wonderful place to be part of.
