First National’s Rhys Wildermoth said the renovated three-bedroom, two-bathroom Gold Coast listing was under contract within 48 hours. “I’m still getting enquiries about that property now but I do think that it’s under $500,000, a villa, and basically first home buyers are getting kicked out of the market so maybe it had a lot to do with the price bracket,” he said.
