Hi Bruce Williams from Palm Beach First National here. Today I have with me Janet Barron who is the national Sales Manager for the Sunland Group, and Sylvia Collins who is the Sales Consultant for the Magnoli Residences.
Ladies, why did the Sunland Group first choose Palm Beach as an area for the Magnoli residences?
Janet Barron: This site is over 4 hectares wide. Sunland would never had this opportunity if they hadn’t taken this site, to ever be able to have one of the last large greenfield sites again, this close to the ocean.
Sylvia, how have the sales been progressing?
Sylvia Collins: Well, we’re sold out. Actually the comment I’m getting, a lot of the people that are coming in, they’ve driven past, seen all the signage and wished they had’ve called in earlier. They didn’t realize that it would sell out so quickly. And the feedback that I’ve had is that they’re wanting the lifestyle, which is what they’ve got here on their doorstep between the beautiful Burleigh Heads parkland and the beautiful Currumbin estuary.
Terrific area. Now ladies, what does Sunland have planned for the rest of the area here?
Janet: We have two mid-rise towers coming in towards the end of this year hopefully. They will be 10 storeys high and will be a combination of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments.
