In fact, half of the cost of our marketing plan is used to secure a realestate.com.au Premiere Listing, which is their top advertising option and one of the best types of advertising you can do to sell your home. We chose this advertising option because it is the only way to get on the first page of search results on realestate.com.au, Australia’s leading online property portal, PLUS unlike other ad types, Premiere Listings are automatically pushed back to the first page of results every 15 days.   This will, on average, will give you 5x more enquiries on your property than a standard listing– meaning you are more likely to get not only more offers on your property, but better offers as well. This advertising option alone costs $2,000 for many of the Southern Gold Coast suburbs including Palm Beach and Elanora, however due to our relationship with realestate.com.au we are able to get it for just $1,300.
 
You are also paying for access to our database of 30,000+ email subscribers, who will receive an email:
  • Outlining that your specific property has been listed for sale, which is sent to typically 800+ matched subscribers;
  • Another email every week before each open home, typically sent to 8000+ active buyers
  • Other emails regarding any changes to your property – for example, a price change 
Finally, we include in our marketing plan the cost of printing high quality brochures which are given to every buyer at our open homes; flyers which are distributed throughout your suburb; hiring professional services including photography and filmmakers; and procuring a title search.
