In Oct 2016 I purchased an investment property in Elanora, a 4-bedroom house near the Pines shops. Sonya and Kerrie have been managing this property with a little assistance from their boss Anna Deam. First National has a massive property management section with several hundred properties under management. They've seen everything, know everyone, and they're honest. There was no shortage of tenants - with about 100 applications we could probably have asked for a higher rent, but perhaps it's better to form a secure relationship with a good tenant.
