THINGS THAT MAKE A DIFFERENCE

Not handing out keys
All prospective tenant inspections are arranged with a Team Member. We do not take deposits and hand out keys.

Payments
Our tenants pay either by direct deposit from any ANZ branch anywhere in Australia, bPay, Rental Rewards, Internet banking or periodical payment. Through our On-line facility we still keep track of rental payments on a daily basis.

Also through the On-line facility we PROMPTLY pay our Owners by direct deposit in the middle and at the end of every month.

Rental Arrears
We follow up arrears daily, not weekly. Successful Landlord Insurance claims are becoming increasingly dependant on the owner being able to show that the required Notices were issued when they fell due so that the loss was minimised.

Professional Indemnity
Professional Indemnity Insurance is not compulsory in Queensland. For REIQ Members the minimum cover is $1,000,000, Palm Beach First National, The Pines First National and Burleigh First National carries $5,000,000 cover.

ONLINE AGENT - 24 HOUR SERVICE

Get Information on Your Rental Property 24 Hours a Day
Palm Beach First National has introduced a new service for our owners called ‘OnlineAgent’.
It is a self service web portal that allows us to communicate with our property owners via the internet. Fast and efficient, OnlineAgent gives our customers access to a secure website where they can download statements and view payment history, lease information, current arrears amounts and other relevant information regarding their properties. The website is uploaded over a secure SSL connection with information directly from our property management database. OnlineAgent is your new property manager working for you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

How To Register with OnlineAgent

To access online agent you must create a user login on the OnlineAgent web site www.onlineagent.com.au/step2.html, using the verification code you can obtain from your property manager.

- On the OnlineAgent web site, click Register Today – the Registration page displays.
- Enter a User Name (this can be your personal name or any other name you wish to use).
- Enter a Password.
- Enter your Email address.
- Enter a Security Question & Answer (for example "Mother’s maiden name").
- Click Continue – the Email Verification page displays.
A confirmation email is sent to the email address entered.
- Click on the link provided in the email message – the Verification Code page displays.
- Enter the Verification Code supplied by your property manager.
- Click Continue – the Registration Complete page displays.

You can now proceed to login to OnlineAgent
