Develop a relationship with one of our First National sales consultants. The consultants will be able to offer additional advice and also tell you about new listings before we advertise them.

When you decide on a property you will be asked to submit a written offer including all the terms you need. The Seller will either accept it or amend it to meet their requirements. If your offer is amended you do not have to go ahead with it.

Once negotiations are concluded your deposit will be held in trust, by us, as Stakeholder until settlement.

On settlement day, arrange a pre-settlement inspection before settlement takes place. This ensures that the property is in the same condition as when you last inspected it and that all the inclusions are as per the contract you signed.
