About First National Real Estate
In 1981 a group of independent real estate agents met to found a co-operative network that would provide the resources and referral systems to remain competitive against fast growing franchises, yet retain for their customers all the advantages of their independence.
They established the following membership criteria:

The desire to provide exceptional service;
Progressive leadership in their area; and
Commitment to the ideals of the First National group.
From those humble beginnings the First National Group of Independent Real Estate Agents has grown to more than 450 offices in Australia and New Zealand.
First National has its national office in Melbourne with Services Managers based around Australia, we also run Professional Development programs in all the Capital and provincial cities of Australia.
In South East Queensland the First National Members have developed their own, more intensive, Professional Development Program.
South East Queensland Academy services the needs of some 750 Sales Consultants, Property Managers, Administration people and Real Estate Agents.
