We started as a two-person office in Palm Beach in 1984,
We operate from three offices in the same market with one Sales Team offering unbeatable market exposure.
No other real estate organisation on the Southern Gold Coast offers Sellers the sort of exposure that we can or makes the promise that your property will be on a single stocklist being used by every salesperson working in all three offices.

Our vacancy times are low because we have a great team, three outlets for locating tenants and an advanced First National email marketing system than has taken years to build up.
When your property goes on the web it is also matched to our pool of 1500 subscribers with requirements lodged in the system and an Alert brochure goes out to them, weekly open house lists go to our database of more than 2000 southern Gold Coast renters.
Our arrears management is industry best standard, we use SMS, statutory notices and phone contact on a daily basis to manage them.
